Any shampoo with zinc content {dandruff shampoo}. Leave it in your hair for one hour, rinse and you WILL need conditioner.

The use of a teaspoon of fresh lime juice for the last rinse, while washing the hair, is a very effective remedy. This not only leaves the hair glowing but also removes stickiness and prevents dandruff

Beat two eggs, add two tablespoons of water. Wet your hair and apply the egg mixture over your hair. Massage your scalp and let the egg mixture sit for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse your hair with water. Easy and effective.

Also you can mix 1 TBS of pure apple juice with 3 TBS of warm water and massage this into your scalp 3 times a week.

    HINT:
Brush your hair daily to improve the circulation and remove any flakiness. The most effective way to brush your hair is to bend forward from the waist with the head down towards the ground, and brush from the nape of the neck towards the top of the head.

Last alternative is to move to Northern Canada where it snows all day, and you will fit in perfectly 🙂

Your dandruff is being caused by inflammation due to excess oil on your scalp. The easiest way to get rid of this is to wash your hair twice each shower, and shower twice a day. This should help remove all of the excess skin/oil.

If head and shoulders isn’t working, it may be due to a bacterial infection. You should see a dermatologist if washing repeatedly does not cure the problem.

    Good luck!
